Saudi Arabia Business Visit Visa

Business Single / Multiple entry visa requirements are as follows:

1. Original passport with six month validity and two blank pages (side by side)
2. Two identical passport sized photographs
3. Visa Application form fully filled fully – this must also include your mobile number and home phone number
4. Letter of invitation from Saudi Arabia
5. If your visa is multiple and it is validity is more 6 months, you are required to document future visit plans and your reason for future travels
6. Copy of Sponsor’s Registration Document
7. Copy of New Zealand Certificate of Incorporation and Company Extract
8. An Original of letter from your registered Company or Firm based in New Zealand signed and stamped from the Chamber of Commerce.

This letter must include reference to:

• Applicants position in the Company
• The purpose of the visit
• Who bears the cost of travel
• The name of the sponsoring Saudi Arabian company and
• The city being visited
